pour simplifier, on va occulter la fonction maison qui nous donne les boxplots et les les pvalues.
Si j'ai un jeu de données et que je fais manuellement les analyses stat via le site BioStat TGV (
https://biostatgv.sentiweb.fr/?module=tests) test avec 2 groupes indépendants (Mann Whitney/Wilcoxon), je trouve des pvalues différentes de celle trouvées avec la fonction wilcox.test à partir de R.

Comme je le disais dans mon message initial, je pense que le problème vient du fait que R fait un test apparié.
Mais c'est juste une hypothèse.
Je vous serais reconnaissante si vous pouviez m'aider à trouver d'où vient la différence.
