je dispose d'un jeu de données comprenant le la longueur du bec, la masse des oiseaux baguées au nid et le numéro du nid. Et j'aimerais tester l'effet intra-nichée (est ce que la longueur du bec varie au sein de mes nichées ?) et l'effet inter-nichée (est ce que la longueur du bec varie entre mes nichées ? ) je ne sais pas si c'est claire.
J'ai effectué une régression linéaire puis une anova (effet inter-nichée) mais comment calculer l'effet intra-nichée dans R ? voilà mes résultats pour l'anova ?
