Je fais une analyse de survie d'une molécule et je voudrais utiliser la fonction coxph en univariée avec de multiples covariables, mais j'ai un message d'erreur lorsque j'ai factorisé la variable "tabac" puisqu'elle est codée ainsi :"O=non-fumeur", "1=sevré", "2=actif".

Je précise que je n'ai pas de problème quand je n'ai pas factorisé la variable "tabac". Je me base sur le code disponible sur le site sthdata: http://www.sthda.com/english/wiki/cox-p ... ards-model.
Je ne vois pas où j'ai pu faire une erreur dans mon script.
